Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• An 18-year-old Carson High student was arrested at 11:04 a.m. Thursday at the school on suspicion of misdemeanor threats. According to the arrest report, the girl allegedly sent messages via Facebook to a classmate with whom she once worked, threatening to beat the girl up for getting her fired from her job at a theater. She also allegedly sent threatening text messages to the classmate. When the classmate asked to change a class she shared with the girl, school officials learned of the allegations and police were called. Bail was set at $352.

• Tommy Jay Thompson, 45, an Internet salesman from Carson City, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Musser St. on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

• Rachel Elizabeth Henson, 25, unemployed, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. in the 900 block of North Saliman Road on suspicion of gross misdemeanor possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence and tampering with a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $3,622.

• A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 6:15 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of West Gardengate Way on suspicion of second-offense domestic battery and probation violation. Bail was set at $8,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• 1:22 a.m. - Report of shots fired in the area of State and Long streets.

• 8:57 a.m. - A mother reported her 15-year-old son was selling his prescription for ADHD. The boy was arrested.

• 9:24 a.m. - Coroner call in the 1100 block of East Musser Street.

• 1:40 p.m. - An employer on South Carson Street reported an employee stole money from the bank deposit.

• 3:41 p.m. - Accident at Saliman Road and William Street.

• 10 p.m. - Report of two women stealing boxer briefs from Walmart.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• 9:43 a.m. - Report of a hit-and-run on Graham Avenue in Silver Springs.

• 11:13 a.m. - Report of a man trying to steal a chain saw chain from the Walmart in Fernley. A citation was issued.

• 1:12 p.m. - Coroner call on Brown Drive in Mound House.

• 2:21 p.m. - Felony arrest at Walmart in Fernley.

• 4:14 p.m. - Arrest on Cash Drive in Mound House.
