All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:THURSDAY• 6:07 a.m.: Miguel Fuentes-Lopez, 18, of Carson City was arrested at 201 Caroline St. on two charges of possession of a controlled substance. Bail: $2,500.• 6:27 a.m.: A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Division and Fourth streets on charges of possession of a hypodermic device and violation of bail conditions. Bail: $4,132.• 10:44 a.m.: A 20-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 3240 U.S. Highway 50 East on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of bail conditions. Bail: $4,132. • 1:30 p.m.: A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested at the jail on a charge of damage to a jail. Bail: $2,500.• 2:05 p.m.: A 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested on a Dayton Justice Court warrant for failure to pay fines or fees. Bail: $672.• 3:58 p.m.: A 31-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5640 S. Edmonds Dr. on a Carson City criminal contempt warrant, Bail: $356.• 4:30 p.m.: Jesus Cruz-Martinez, 30, was arrested at 1600 Airport Road on obstructing and resisting and on a ICE hold. No bail.• 5:43 p.m.: A 33-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at Stanton and Woodside and Stanton drives on a Carson City failure to appear traffic warrant. Bail: $402.• 8:56 p.m.: Kathy Rae Mondragon, 48, of Carson City was arrested at 2650 Carmine St. on a charge of battery domestic violence. Bail: $3,132.• 9:20 p.m.: A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 2710 Menlo Dr. on a Carson City violation of probation conditions warrant and two Sparks failure to comply with a court order warrants. Bail: $4,304.• 9:45 p.m.: A 53-year-old Figuero, Wyo., woman was arrested at Carson and Seventh streets on charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Bail: $2,596.FRIDAY• 4:08 a.m.: A 24-year-old Dayton woman was arrested at Carson and Musser streets for obstructing an officer and intoxicated pedestrian. Bail: $767.• 4:14 a.m.: A 26-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at Carson and Musser streets on a charge of intoxicated pedestrian. Bail: $237.
