Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

FRIDAY

• 1:19 a.m.: Robin Hulsman, 47, was arrested at 122 W. Corbett St. on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and on a Reno criminal-contempt traffic warrant. Bail: $5,177.

• 2:13 p.m.: Annamarie Wyatt, 37, of South Lake Tahoe was arrested at the Carson City Jail after being transported from the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office on a Carson City probation violation warrant. No bail.

• 4:21 p.m.: A 48-year-old Lathrop, Calif., man was arrested at 3839 N. Carson St. on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a dangerous weapon and no Class-M endorsement. Bail: $3,314.

• 4:38 p.m.: Steven Arm, 42, of Carson City was arrested at 1225 E. Fifth St. on charges of grand larceny and attempted burglary. Bail: $30,000.

• 5:45 p.m.: Scott Merriman, 20, of Carson City was arrested on a fugitive-from-justice warrant from Peoria, Ill., for aggravated battery. Bail: $75,000.

• 5:58 p.m.: John Carr, 20, of Santa Clara, Calif., was arrested at Carson Street and Winnie Lane on charges of reckless driving (wanton disregard), eluding police and endangering a person, following too close and failure to maintain a lane. Bail: $11,046

• 7:30 p.m.: Melissa Nemerov, 60, of Carson City was arrested at Eighth and South Carson streets on charges of DUI and speeding. Bail: $371.

• 8:33 p.m.: Gregory Deines, 33, of Gardnerville was arrested at 2900 Research Way on charges of attempted grand larceny of a motor vehicle and tampering with a vehicle. Bail: $12,847.

• 9:50 p.m.: Robert Leiter, 55, of Carson City was transported from the Washoe County Jail to the Carson City Jail and arrested on a Carson City burglary warrant. Bail: $25,000.

• 9:50 p.m.: A 29-year-old Carson City man was transported from the Washoe County jail and arrested at the Carson City Jail on a violation-of-conditions-of-bail warrant. No bail.

• 9:52 p.m.: Dana Hale, 42, of Sacramento, Calif., was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a Sacramento fugitive-from-justice warrant for violation of bail conditions. No bail.

• 11:00 p.m.: A 22-year-old Fernley man was arrested at Proctor and Plaza streets on a charge of urinating in public and on four Carson City fail-to-appear traffic warrants, three Dayton failure-to-appear traffic warrants and a Dayton failure-to-appear petit larceny warrant. Bail: $4,288.

SATURDAY

• 5:29 p.m.: Mark Schleiger, 52, of Carson City was arrested at 100 W. Winnie Lane on charges of DUI, failure to yield to a pedestrian, expired registration, no proof of insurance and open container of alcohol in vehicle. Bail: $2,285.

• 6:28 p.m.: Herbert McCauley, 24, of Carson City was arrested at Hampton Drive and Wingate Way on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous weapon. Bail: $6,132.

• 6:35 p.m.: Patrick Lowell, 54, of Carson City was arrested at 112 S. Carson Meadows on a charge of domestic battery. Bail: $3,132.

SUNDAY

• 12:47 a.m.: Johnny Campagne, 41, of Elk Grove, Calif., was arrested at 2749 S. Carson St. on charges of provoking a fight or assault, obstructing and disorderly conduct. Bail: $1,276.

• 12:47 a.m.: A 37-year-old Elk Grove, Calif., woman was arrested at 2749 S. Carson St. on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing. Bail: $644.

• 4:22 a.m.: Neil Arson, 22, of Carson City was arrested at Roop Street and Little Lane on charges of DUI and failure to maintain a travel lane. Bail: $1,239.

• 4:31 a.m.: A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested at Roop Street and Little Lane on two Carson City warrants for failure to appear. Bail: $2,000.

• 3:01 p.m.: Taylor Swanson, 18, of Carson City was arrested at Silver Sage Drive and Sonoma Street on a Carson City battery warrant. Bail: $1,000.

• 4:31 p.m.: Gene Guariglia, 42, of Carson City was arrested at 170 Koontz Lane on a charge of domestic battery. Bail: $3,132.

• 8:46 p.m.: Tyler Bennett, 45, of Carson City was arrested at 1111 Spartan Ave. on a charge of domestic battery. Bail: $3,132.

• 10:12 p.m.: Stephen Cliburn, 42, of Carson City was arrested at 1600 Medical Parkway on a charge of battery that constitutes domestic violence. Bail: $3,132.

• 10:40 p.m.: Gilbert Ramirez, 25, of Carson City was arrested at 1840 N. Stewart St. on charges of threats and driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license. Bail: $852.

Storey County

The following people were booked into the Storey County Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

FRIDAY

• Rod McKenzie, 55, of Martinez, Calif., was arrested on charges of DUI and speeding. Bail: $1,229.

SATURDAY

• Harro Bahnsen, 40, of Reno was arrested for DUI and failure to stop at a stop sign. Bail: $1,249.

• Gary Sandell, 47, of Dayton was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance not for sale and on a Carson City warrant. Bail: $6,000.

• A 55-year-old Santa Rosa, Calif., man was arrested on a charge of failing to obey a police officer. Bail: $637.
