Dancing Soiree. Flanders dancing soiree will be continued from week to week. On the 4th the dance will be held at the Turn Verein Hall. Price, as before to admit one gentleman and one lady, $1.50 at the door.

The Walker Lake Indian Reservation should be abandoned according to the Bulletin. The large tract of land should be open for the prospector and the rancher and whites can make use of the fish, which there is an abundant supply.

Work is proceeding on the new invention, the hydro-aero propeller in this city. It is a new scheme and the working model gave the desired results.

Theodore Sweetland had his gun and met the bear, but had no ammo. Captain Sweetland flew over German tanks while in Tunisia. Sweetland had released everything he had while diving on two Messerschmidts, and had none left while returning to base.

The threat of mining to the 1800s mining town Bodie has been ended. A bill has been endorsed by the Clinton administration curbing mining activity near the town.
