Runners gather for Rattlesnake Trail race

Last weekend, 69 runners crossed the finish line of the annual Rattlesnake Trail Run.

Runners navigated a 3.5-mile course that ran over Rattlesnake Hill and included a 200-foot elevation climb. The race was run by the Churchill County Parks and Recreation Department.

Upcoming events for the Parks and Recreation department include the Cinco De Mayo 3-on-3 basketball tourney from May 3-5, the Running with the Cows 5K on June 8 and the Fourth of July Picnic in the Park.
