GameCozy & Movies, at 1621 E. William St. in Carson City, will hold a grand re-opening event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday after more than doubling its business space.
Randy Letter, owner of the company, said he has been in business in a 1,000-square-foot outlet there for three years. He said he went to 2,200 square feet for three reasons: business has been improving, the space next door opened up and the Blockbuster movie-rental outlet on East William Street is closing.
His outlet, he said, has 10,000 movie titles and games. It rents, buys, sells and trades products, and handles repairs.
The re-opening will include free hot dogs and $300 in prize giveaways, Letter said.
