May 15, 1927 - August 10, 2013

Lucille Meunier went to be with our Lord on August 10th. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl from Arizona; granddaughters, Dana and Heather from California; son-in-law, George Kennedy; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Keara, Danielle, Neal, Michael, Desiree and great great grandchildren, David, Savannah and Liam. Lucille is also survived by her late husband, Jim’s family, Ken Meunier and his children, Eric, Beth, Jody, Ellen, Tracy, Kelly and their children.

Jim and Lucille moved to Carson City from Long Beach, CA in the early 80s. Lucille always said how happy she and Jim were living here. They loved making new friends. They especially loved to travel, mostly cruises that took them around the world and they enjoyed their car trips across the USA.

Quilting became a passion for Lucille and through that she made many dear friends. She also found great comfort and support at Al-Anon and again made friends there. Curves and Weight Watchers were other interests for Lucille.

Lucille will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will have a Celebration of Life for Lucille on October 12, 2013 at 12:00 at the Comstock Mobile Home Park clubhouse, 2601 E. College Parkway. A light salad lunch will be served. Come together to celebrate and remember our time with Lucille. Share this day with family and friends with joy and love like Lucille would want you to.
