Pauline Flora Phelps entered into rest on December 22nd, 2013. Survived by her loving husband Stewart C. Phelps, Jr. ; 3 Step daughters, 1 Step Son; 2 nieces & 2 nephews. Services will be held at Walton’s Chapel of the Valley in Carson City on Jan 3rd, 2013 @ 2 pm.
