The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court.

TUESDAY

11:54 a.m.: A Carson City man was arrested in the 2100 block of Columbia Way on two arrest-of-probationer warrants, as well as on suspicion of battery of a police officer. Bail was set at $8,500.

WEDNESDAY

10:54 p.m.: A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of indecent conduct. He allegedly urinated on the driver’s side rear tire of a parked vehicle. Bail was set at $632.

2:24 p.m.: Tonya Ann Ramirez, 34, of Dayton was arrested at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, 911 E. Musser St., on suspicion of felony embezzlement. A manager of a credit loan agency in the 1940 block of North Carson Street, Ramirez allegedly confessed to taking a bag of $4,200 from her business to deposit in the bank. She reportedly told deputies she spent the cash portion of the deposit gambling at a local casino. Bail was set at $20,000.

5:09 p.m.: A 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 1700 block of Rock Court on failure-to-appear and arrest-of-probationer warrants. Bail was set at $3,269.

1:54 p.m.: A Carson City man was arrested in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a DUI-hold warrant. Bail was set at $712.

10 a.m.: A 47-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 600 block of Carrie Drive on a criminal-contempt warrant. Bail was set at $500.

11:15 a.m.: A 26-year-old Truckee woman was arrested in the 800 block of East Musser Street on arrest-of-probationer and probation-violation warrants. Bail was set at $3,000.

11:15 a.m.: A 38-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a contempt-of-court warrant. Bail was set at $299.

THURSDAY

2:38 p.m.: Jessie Johnson, 23, of Sun Valley, was arrested on Kit Sierra Way on suspicion of felony possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription. Officers allegedly found 10 morphine pills under the driver’s seat of his truck. His bail was set at $2,500. A 30-year-old Sun Valley woman was also arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $1,132.

11:40 a.m.: A 22-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on North Roop Street north of Winnie Lane on a contempt-of-court warrant, as well as on suspicion of no proof of insurance and no valid driver’s license. Bail was set at $1,200.

FRIDAY

11:26 p.m.: A 28-year-old Carson City laborer was arrested in the 1400 block of North Edmonds Drive on suspicion of obstructing an officer and violation of a suspended sentence, both misdemeanors. His bail was set at $1,230.
