A Regular Meeting of the Churchill County Board of School Trustees will be held Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. in the Churchill County Administration Office, 690 S. Maine St.

Approval of students being exempted from receiving immunizations based on religious beliefs pursuant to NRS 392.435.
Approval of Student 13-18 Request for General Education Development (GED) Program.
Approval of 2013 Churchill County Middle School Science Department fundraiser
Approval of 2013 Churchill County High School Track and Field Team fundraiser (Christmas Tree Sales).
Board Policy Committee — Suggested revisions to the following policies and regulations:
Approval of New Policy 4401: Safety Policy (Personnel).
Review of New Regulation 4401: Safety Regulation (Personnel).
Approval of New Policy 5550: Board Funding for national student travel (Students).
Review of New Regulation 5550.1: Board funding for national student travel (Students).
Approval of New Policy 4116.3: Board protocol for hiring of personnel (Personnel).
Review of Changes to Regulation 4116.3: Board protocol for hiring personnel (Personnel).
New Business
For Possible Action: Prioritization of 2014 summer bond projects including, but not limited to an auxiliary gym at the Churchill County High School; Renovations at E.C. Best Elementary, Northside Early Learning Center and the West End Facility.
Possible Action: Approval of grazing lease on the property located at Rio Vista Road.
For Possible Action: Establishing a Board Finance Advisory Committee.
For Possible Action: Potential of providing cellphones for board member use.
