Ellen Lucille Shafer, nee Miller, of Carson City, NV formerly of Chicago, passed away July 31, 2013. Beloved wife of Stanley Shafer; loving mother of Michael and Matthew (Nichole) Shafer. Survived by sisters, Shirley, Josephine, Estelle Zaccaro, Linda, Salena and Vanessa Miller; and brothers, George, Charles, John, Keith, Dwight, and Donald Miller and James Roberts. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Myrtle Miller and brothers, Frank and David Miller. Fond Godmother and aunt of many.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community at 3000 North Lompa Lane, Carson City, on September 16th at 9:30 a. m.
