Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for April 16. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Arco am/pm, 720 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Crossroads Lounge, 300 E. Winnie Lane, 100 points.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, 3250 Retail Drive, Suite 100, 99 points. Dirty pans, cutting boards and other kitchen utensils were stored directly on the floor.

Dotty’s, 2260 E. William St., 100 points.

Economy Wash ‘n’ Dry, 207 Hot Springs Road, 100 points.

Jackpot Crossing Casino, beverage center bar, 1897 N. Edmonds Drive, 100 points.

China Chef, 3135 U.S. Highway 50 E., 99 points. Some non-food contact areas in the kitchen needed cleaning.

Jackpot Crossing Casino, floor bar, 1897 N. Edmonds Drive, 99 points. A large plastic ice scoop was stored improperly next to a sink and had a crack down its center. A small ice scoop was stored against liquor bottles at the customer ice bin.

Seven Eleven, 3838 U.S. Highway 50 E., 99 points. The faucet at the hand sink was broken.

Maverik, 1451 College Parkway, 98 points. The main ice machine was dirty.

Carson Cigar Co., bar/lounge, 318 N. Carson St., Suite 101, 97 points. The ice scoop was stored improperly against a liquor bottle, corrected on site. The ice machine was not clean inside.

Eagle Valley Market, 933 Woodside Drive, Suite 105, 97 points. Ice cream for sale was not properly labeled. Soda machine nozzles were dirty.

Grandma Hattie’s, 2811 S. Carson St., 96 points. The hand sink was inaccessible; a cutting board and food storage container were store on top of it, corrected on site.

Yogo Frozen Yogurt & Sweet Treats, 3250 Retail Drive, Suite 105, 96 points. The hand wash sink in the front of the store was not working.

Wendy’s, 2555 N. Carson St., 94 points. The dishwashing area hand wash sink was blocked by a moveable cart. An employee was seen assembling salads without gloves.
