Frank Dutra was born in Connecticut on April 11, 1928 and died on Nov. 28, 2014. The family was so happy to have been able to celebrate Thanksgiving with him. He is survived by wife, Eugenia (Jean), daughter, Pamela Carrion (Paul) and Renee Waygood. He had 2 grandchildren, Paul Carrion, Jr, and Kristin Paine, 2 great grandchildren. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in Korea when he was discharged, then worked most of his life as a 1st engineer in the Merchant Marine. He moved from Los Angeles to Carson Valley in 1981 to be closer to the grandchildren. His remains will rest at Green Hills memorial in San Pedro, CA. He was a well loved Father and Grandfather.
