Representatives from Bango Oil Refinery will hold an open meeting to discuss their emergency plan at the commission chambers in the Churchill County Administration Building, 155 N. Taylor St., at 6 a.m. on Feb. 18.
As part of the amended Special Use Permit (SUP) requirements, Bango Oil Refinery will be giving an overview presentation on their emergency plan. The Bango Oil Refinery Emergency Action Plan has previously been provided to the sheriff, fire department and the Churchill County Emergency Manager as directed in their SUP.
Churchill County emergency response personnel will also be on hand to address general questions regarding emergency response in the county.
