Robin E. Mills, Jr., 87, died peacefully on February 12, 2014. He was born in Salinas, California on March 11, 1926, to Robin and Lillian Mills. During his childhood, the family relocated to Fallon. Robin served in the

merchant marines in World War II, but always dreamed of having a family, a ranch, and traveling. After the war, he returned to Fallon where he married Callie Louise Clayton. They had three sons: Robin, Ronald, and Randy. During his lifetime, Robin worked for Dudley Welding, Drumm Construction, Dodge Construction and Kennametal, while all the while building his ranching and farming operation to over 300 acres, two large lease ranges, over 300 head of commercial cattle and over 75 head of registered Angus cattle. Later, he went to full time ranching and started a custom seeding business. For a time, he also raised Chincoteague horses. Over the years, he traveled the world.Robin was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years and his son Ronald. He is survived by his sons Robin (Jamie Crutchfield) of Oregon, Randy (Kathy Cooper), of Fallon, grandchildren Ryan of Carson City, Rachel Pequeno(Eddie), of Fallon, Michelle Mason, of Arizona, Michael, Bobby and Jessica Prinz (Dustin), all of Fallon, six great-granddaughters and one great-grandson. In honor of his request, there will be no services. If desired,
