CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers over linguine, peas and carrots, cranberry juice and butterscotch pudding.

TUESDAY: Honey dijon chicken, wild rice, mixed vegetables, peaches and Jell-O gems.

WEDNESDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, glazed carrots and pears.

THURSDAY: Clam chowder, bean salad, bananas and bread.

FRIDAY: Chili relleno, Spanish rice, zucchini, oranges and churros.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Split-pea soup, meatball subs, cucumbers in sour cream and fresh oranges.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti, spinach salad, garlic bread and pears with Jell-O.

WEDNESDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and oranges.

THURSDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black-eyed peas, garden salad, Italian dressing and bananas.

FRIDAY: French toast, bacon, eggs, bananas, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Sweet-and-sour pork, brown-rice pilaf, cauliflower, whole-wheat bread, layered salad and diced peaches.

TUESDAY: Taco salad, ground beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese, Mexican-style beans, salsa and sour cream, Spanish rice and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef with gravy, red potatoes, fruit salad, dinner rolls, French-style green beans, and cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: White-chicken chili, cheese and onions, marinated tomato salad, cornbread and butterscotch walnut bars.

FRIDAY: Roma burgers, romaine lettuce, whole-kernel corn, baked beans and cantaloupe.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, herb vegetables medley, sliced tomatoes, Italian dressing, cracked whole-wheat bread, apple butter and oatmeal date bars.

TUESDAY: Dixieland shortcake, black-eyed peas, garden salad, creamy Italian dressing and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Oven-fried chicken, cauliflowers with cheese sauce, biscuits, margarine, apple juice and peach Melba.

THURSDAY: Baked-ham scalloped potatoes, green beans, rolls, margarine, bananas and cookies.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Quiche Lorraine, eggs, bacon and cheese, sausage, hash browns, grapefruit, V8 and orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Ham and lima beans, bread bowls and fruit.

TUESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, pasta, vegetables, salad and bread.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti in meat sauce, bread, salad and yogurt.

THURSDAY: Salmon, rice, broccoli and cheese, and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Breakfast burritos and fruit.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Ham-and-cheese sandwiches, split-pea soup, green salad, and cake.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, refried beans, corn and peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pot pie, green salad, biscuits and cake.

THURSDAY: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, tomato vinaigrette, dinner rolls and tapioca.

FRIDAY: Tilapia, rice pilaf, vegetables, green salad and ice cream.
