Carson Tahoe Health hosted a Celebration of Life Wednesday afternoon in memory of former Nevada State Assemblyman, Pete Livermore. In gratitude of Livermore’s years of service on the Board of Hospital Trustees, a Desert Golden Ash tree was planted with a plaque mounted near the lower level healing garden at the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. During the ceremony a group of hospital employees, board members, and Pete’s wife and family gathered around the memorial tree as Carson Tahoe Health CEO, Ed Epperson and former board member, Jo Saulisberry paid tribute to Livermore. Livermore served as a Trustee for Carson Tahoe Hospital from 1995-2011 and was the Board Chair in 2010.
