Miss Carson City Briana Neben and Gracie Fields, 8, put a pinwheel in the ground in front of the Legislative Building during Pinwheels For Prevention Wednesday. The Division of Child and Family Services teamed with such partners as Prevent Child Abuse Nevada and Advocates to End Domestic Violence to present the awareness event. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
