Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of statutory sexual seduction, luring

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:22 a.m., Jordan Schroeder, 23, of Stateline was arrested on suspicion of felony statutory sexual seduction and felony luring a child by computer. Bail was set at $30,000.

At 1:33 a.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense drugs, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies observed a man asleep in his car in the parking lot of the Stewart Street US Bank. Bail was set at $2,600.

At 11:33 a.m., Jordan Weber, 22, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony attempted murder with a deadly weapon, domestic battery with substantial bodily harm, battery with substantial bodily harm, false imprisonment, and two counts of domestic battery after deputies responded to a call on the 2300 block of Dori Way. Bail was set at $146,000.

At 2:37 p.m., Rocio Sanchez, 27, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice. No bail was set.

At 2:45 p.m., a 33-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petite larceny. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 5:48 p.m., a 31-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court after deputies responded to a call about suspicious circumstances. Bail was set at $1,805.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
