Muscle Powered’s next Trash Mob, a monthly effort that clears debris from local trails, is from 8 to 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, along the Lone Mountain trail, just north of Lone Mountain Cemetery.
Volunteers will meet up at the parking lot located at the southwest corner of Northridge and New Ridge drives. From there the group will make its way down the short trail, cleaning up trash along the way.
Trash bags, gloves and water will be available. Organizers hope about a dozen volunteers will take part.
