Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested after allegedly threatening officers with Jack Daniels bottle

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 5:19 p.m., Donald Wilk, 43, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of felony assault on a peace officer with a deadly weapon, obstruction, resisting arrest with violence, domestic battery-first offense and ex-felon failed to register after deputies responded to reports of a domestic battery near the 1000 block of Siskiyou Drive. Wilk allegedly threatened officers with a Jack Daniels bottle and was tazed twice by officers after resisting arrest. Bail was set at $24,450.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
