Dolores went home to the Lord, December 10, 2015. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, on May 15, 1952, to Edgar and Grace Lyons. She grew up in Sacramento and graduated from high school there and then attended Bethany Bible College. She moved to the Carson City area in 2000 attending WNC for classes in American Sign Language and art. She was a regular at many of the local karaoke establishments sharing her beautiful voice with her friends. Dolores was known as a gentle soul who loved to share Jesus with those around her. She will be missed by her many friends. She leaves behind her brother, Melvin Lyons, many nieces and nephews and her long-time friend, Anthony Anton. A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
