The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the case of a missing Silver Springs woman.
Alea Clark, 32, has been missing since Jan. 4, according to family members.
She was last seen in the Dayton area on Jan. 6.
Clark is described as 5-feet 10-inches with blonde hair.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said she was believed to be in the Dayton area.
Pursuant to this investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on Jan. 14 on a Dayton home in the 200 block of Grosh Avenue.
In addition to the LCSO detective division, the following entities have put time and resources into the investigation: LCSO Patrol Division; LCSO Narcotics Division; Nevada Division of Investigations; Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Forensic Investigation Section; K-9 handler from the Wilderness Finders Search Dog Team (LCSO SAR); K-9 handler from the California Office of Emergency Services; and Lyon County Public Works.
“It is not normal for Alea Clark to remain out of contact with family and friends for this length of time; therefore they are extremely concerned about her welfare,” the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
