Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, California vegetables and ambrosia.

TUESDAY: Pulled pork on a bun, macaroni salad, mixed vegetables and Jell-O with fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Honey Dijon chicken strips, scalloped potatoes, peas, cranberry juice and chocolate peanut butter bars.

THURSDAY: Lasagna, Italian vegetables, dinner salad with Caesar dressing, cinnamon applesauce and poke cake.

FRIDAY: Salmon, sourdough bread with margarine, wild rice, broccoli and berries in a cloud.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, whole wheat banana muffins, peach butter, blueberry yogurt and orange banana juice.

TUESDAY: Baked liver and onions or Salisbury steak, corn, tomatoes vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread, apple butter and sliced peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Honey mustard chicken, scalloped potatoes, carrots and peas, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cookies.

THURSDAY: Tortellini with meat sauce, spinach, garlic and cheese bread, oranges and brownies.

FRIDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, peaches, pineapple, royal brownies, cake and ice cream.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Chicken piccata with lemon, capers and artichoke hearts ,noodles with white sauce, Caesar salad, Brussels sprouts and coconut cream pie.

TUESDAY: Philly cheese steak sandwiches, baked potato chips, three bean salad, orange guava juice and banana pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Herb baked chicken, potatoes with sour cream and chives, vegetable medley, whole wheat bread with butter and fresh apples.

THURSDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach with Italian garlic bread and fresh oranges.

FRIDAY: Ham and potato casserole, Italian cabbage salad, vegetables, spiced applesauce cups and cherry walnut dessert.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Patty melt on rye brad, baked fries, carrot salad and mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Chicken enchiladas, refried beans, cauliflower, green salad, dressing and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese, steamed spinach, French baked potatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, strawberry banana yogurt and orange juice.

THURSDAY: Sloppy Joe’s on whole wheat buns, baked beans, baby carrots and fruit cocktail.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Pancakes with margarine and syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, strawberries, V8 and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Hot dogs, French fries, beans and fruit.

TUESDAY: Southwest chicken chili, corn bread and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans and salad.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, refried beans, corn and watermelon.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Spanish omelet, hash browns, English muffins and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, dinner rolls and peach cobbler.

TUESDAY: Lime chicken soft tacos, refried beans and tapioca.

WEDNESDAY: Picnic in the park with hamburgers or Polish dogs, macaroni salad, pork and beans and Jell-O pudding cake.

THURSDAY: Tuna stuffed tomatoes, carrot and celery sticks and ice cream.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, dinner rolls and dessert.
