Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for July 12. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Butler Meats, 1909 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Dotty’s, 4320 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

La Santaneca, 316 E. Winnie Lane, scored 100 points.

Los Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant, 2000 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Murphy Bernardini, 1545 E. Fifth St., scored 100 points.

Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake, 4314 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Round Table Pizza, 961 Topsy Lane, Suite 440, scored 100 points.

Subway, 3959 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Yogo Frozen Yogurt & Sweet Treats, 3250 Retail Drive, Suite 105, scored 100 points.

Jacksons Food Stores, 1615 E. Fifth St., scored 99 points. The soda machine and ice maker needed to be cleaned.

Jimmy John’s, 3849 S. Carson St., scored 99 points. Cooling units were missing internal thermometers.

San Marcos Grill, bar, 260 E. Winnie Lane, scored 98 points. The ice machine needed to be emptied, cleaned and sanitized.

Little Caesars Pizza, 1217 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Pizza ovens and the walk-in cooler needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Coving needed to be repaired. There was a leak in a hose at the three-bay sink.

Taqueria la Salsa, 1946 E. Highway 50, scored 94 points. Food items were not properly labeled or covered. A cooler was at 45 degrees, instead of 41 degrees or less. Eggs were improperly stored above vegetables. Food debris was found under coolers and on other floor surfaces.

San Marcos Grill, restaurant, 260 E. Winnie Lane, scored 93 points. Food items in coolers were not organized properly — ice cream was stored under meat; unwrapped meats were stored on top of seafood boxes. Items in coolers were not properly labeled or covered.
