The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in a Silver Springs armed robbery.
Officials said a man entered The Bait Farm Saloon on Highway 50 around 2:20 a.m. Sunday and robbed the bar at gunpoint. A female bartender was closing the bar when a black male wearing a dark jacket and gloves came in and brandished a gun before taking an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is described as being between 5-foot 9-inches and 6 feet with a medium build.
