NV Energy officials say they have redesigned their monthly power bill in an effort to make it easier to understand.
“Our customers wanted a bill with less jargon and clutter,” said Senior Vice President Pat Egan.
The bill is designed to give customers faster access to key information and tips on how to save energy. It’s also accessible through the NV Energy mobile app and through paperless billing.
