Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 8:29 a.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of school zone speed violation, probation violation, drivers license revoked, expired vehicle registration and child restraints required after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Edmonds and Fairview Drives. Bail was set at $3,675.

At 8:03 p.m., a 47-year-old Minden man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 1900 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:20 a.m., a 47-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and possession of marijuana after deputies initiated a traffic stop near N. Carson and Musser Streets. Bail was set at $3,100.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
