Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for April 15. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
The Lady Tamales, 933 E. Woodside Drive, Suite 102, scored 100 points.
Remedy’s, 306 E. William St., scored 100 points.
Yogurt Beach, 3228 N. Carson St., Suite 15, scored 100 points.
Dollar Tree Store, 2709 N. Carson St., scored 88 points. There was no self-closing device on the door of the employee’s bathroom. The customer bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Disposable paper hand towels were missing from the women’s bathroom. The water flow in the men’s bathroom was restricted.
