Carson City Elks Lodge No. 2177 is hosting a Mother’s Day ceremony and brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 8 at the Carson City Elks Lodge, 515 N. Nevada St.
The brunch menu offers scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, pastry trays, a fruit platter and cheese tray, coffee and orange juice. Adults 21 years or older will also receive one free glass of champagne.
Tickets for $12 each can be purchased at the Elks Lodge. Seating is limited. Net proceeds will be donated to local charities.
