Travel topic of meeting Aug. 23 at Carson City Chamber of Commerce

Joan Thornton, sales representative for Mayflower Tours, will present the new offerings for the Chamber Travel Club at a meeting at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Chamber of Commerce, 1900 S. Carson St.

The topics will include: Cruising Cuba, 2017 Solar Eclipse travel, and riding the West Virginia Mountain Rails and Trails.

A light lunch will be served to those who RSVP prior to noon on Monday, Aug. 22.
