The Sierra Youth Football League will be in Fallon on Saturday when the Northern Nevada program invades the high school for its annual SYFL Experience. Teams from all divisions, including Fallon and its freshman team (pictured), the Reno-Tahoe area and Susanville (Lassen) will battle in scrimmages all day as the SYFL prepares for the 2016 season. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and cost is $4 for 13 and older and 0 for children 12 and under. Players and cheerleaders in uniform and coaches with a pass are free. The 30-minute scrimmages begin at 8 a.m. and the last one is at 3 p.m.
