Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Counterfeit suspects arrested

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 1:08 p.m., Lorrie Lockwood, 23, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a financial forgery lab, felony possession of forged bills, forged uttering a forged instrument, felony counterfeiting, felony possession of a controlled substance and felony grand larceny warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Russell Way and Northridge Drive. At the same incident, Conrad Hilbmann, 21, of Reno, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a financial forgery lab, felony possession of forged bills, forged uttering a forged instrument, felony counterfeiting and felony grand larceny warrant; Kathleen Lockwood, 22, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a financial forgery lab, felony counterfeiting, conspiracy to commit forgery, felony possession of a controlled substance and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia. The three were arrested in relation with a counterfeiting operation out of Carson City. Bail for Lorrie was set at $97,500, bail for Kathleen was set at $62,000 and bail for Hilbmann was set at $76,500.

At 3:15 p.m., a 24-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to reports of drugs in a residence near the 1800 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 4 p.m., Andrew Keith, 38, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony failure to support a child warrant after deputies initiated a warrant service near the 900 block of Saliman Road. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 5:56 p.m., Amanda Icintosh, 26, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies initiated a search warrant near the 400 block of Corbett Drive. At the same incident, a 21-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of violation of suspended sentence. Bail for Icintosh was set at $6,000, bail for the 21-year-old was set at $3,000.

At 11:23 p.m., a 47-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of pretrial conditions, obstructing an officer, suspended registration, no proof of insurance, no valid driver’s license and basic speed after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 100 block of Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $4,515.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
