Silk floral arrangements with candy, hair bows, homemade fudge and baked goods will be on hand at Soroptimist International of the Comstock’s tag and Valentine’s Day sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Dayton Community Center, 170 Pike St., Dayton. Refurbished chairs, key chains, custom made jewelry and tag sale items will also be available.
