An evening of fine dining and performances by local students is planned at a fundraiser to help Sierra Lutheran High School’s tuition assistance fund.

Gifts of Grace, Sierra Lutheran’s annual dinner and auction, is taking place at 5 p.m. Saturday, March 5.

The event offers an elegant dinner prepared by the Carson Valley Inn, a silent auction offering gifts and activities and a live auction offering vacation and party packages.

There also will be drawings for a $500 Amazon gift card, a $500 Home Depot card and a $500 gas card.

Tickets are available for $50 each, or $90 for a pair.

All proceeds go to the Sierra Lutheran’s tuition assistance fund, which helps more than a quarter of the school’s students.

For tickets or information about sponsorship and advertising opportunities, call 775-267-1921, or go to www.slhs.com.

Sierra Lutheran High School, a Christian secondary school that offers a college preparatory curriculum, is at 3601 Romans Road in Carson City.
