Carson City Recreation’s Basic Dog Obedience program, instructed by Guy Yeaman, begins Tuesday, March 1, and runs through April 5. Class meets from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.. Tuesdays at Fuji Park, across from Costco.
Yeaman uses his 45-plus years experience to help you teach dogs to obey basic obedience commands. Individual problems also will be addressed.
Each dog needs a training collar and a leash 4 to 6 feet in length. Dogs must be current on all shots through rabies. Written record must be shown at the start of the first class.
