LAS VEGAS — State officials say an inmate has died at a Las Vegas hospital.
The Nevada Department of Corrections said 74-year-old Satur Ulat died Wednesday afternoon at the Valley Hospital Medical Center.
No reason was given for his death but an autopsy is being scheduled.
Ulat was incarcerated from Clark County in December 2012 on attempted sexual assault and attempted lewdness with a minor convictions.
He was serving a sentence of six to 16 years at High Desert State Prison.
