Windy Garrison, director of China Springs Youth Camp, is the guest speaker at this month’s Carson Valley Footprinters meeting Jan. 21 at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden. A no host bar starts at 5:30 p.m., and the meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
