Education achievements: Gardnerville native makes dean’s list

Holiday Newton, a Gardnerville native majoring in professional writing at Champlain College in Burlington, Vt., was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2015 semester.

Students who are named to the list achieved a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.
