Eagle Valley Health Ministries is hosting the Nedley Depression Recovery Program at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 15 at Eagle Valley Christian School, 405 College Parkway. The program, which outlines causes of depression and paths to recovery, continues at the same time and place for eight consecutive Mondays.
The program is geared for anyone struggling with depression or anyone whose friends or family struggle with depression. It will focus on brain health and what a person can do to treat depression as well as healthy lifestyle habits they can adopt to keep depression from happening. Those attending will learn how to maintain an exercise program, understand depression, eliminate negative habits, develop healthy eating patterns, and enhance brain function.
