Carson City’s intriguing history will be explored and theatrically relived in Madame Curry’s Ghost Walk at 6:30 p.m. July 9 and 23.

Experience Carson City’s Victorian Era by hearing about lingering spirits, haunted and paranormal stories and gossip from the past. This is a spirit lead, guided walking tour of the downtown district’s west side historic homes and businesses. Stops include the Bliss, Ferris and Rinckel mansions. The tours leave rain or shine from Third and Carson streets, next to the Firkin & Fox. Ticket holders are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before the walk begins.

Tickets cost $15 in advance with an additional online fee, and $20 at the door. Children under 3 are free. For tickets, go to http://www.brownpapertickets.com.

Other tours are planned at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 20; Sept. 17 and 24; and Oct. 22.
