Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of felony use of another person’s ID

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:10 p.m., a 52-year-old transient was booked on a charge of disorderly conduct at the FISH headquarters on East Long Street. He was held in lieu of $150 bail.

At 2:17 p.m., three people were arrested on a variety of charges following a traffic stop at the MAX Casino parking lot. Anne Marie White, 22, was charged with felony possession of meth and a misdemeanor count of possessing paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $3,500. Jonathan James Moore, 29, was charged with felony use of another person’s ID to avoid prosecution, possession of paraphernalia and two warrants charging violations of alternative sentencing conditions. His bail was set at $27,000. Finally a 26-year-old Carson man in the vehicle was arrested on a warrant charging violation of suspended sentence conditions and held in lieu of $1,000 bail.

At 11:45 p.m., a 33-year-old man was arrested on a charge of failure to comply after deputies responded to a noise complaint at 645 Hot Springs Road. His bail on the Nye County warrant was $260.

At 11:50 p.m., a 24-year-old Carson woman was booked on a charge of domestic battery after deputies were called to an address on Carmine on a report of a suicidal woman. She was charged with hitting her boyfriend after a dispute in which she allegedly took a handgun outside and fired it into the air. She was also charged with possession of a firearm while intoxicated and unlawfully discharging the weapon. Total bail was set at $5,000.

THURSDAY

At 12:10 a.m., a 29-year-old Carson woman was charged with DUI drugs-first after a traffic stop at North College Parkway and East Nye Lane for failure to maintain a lane. Bail was set at $1,040.

At 1:30 a.m., a 22-year-old Reno woman was charged with DUI-first after a traffic stop for failure to maintain a lane in the 1800 block of Fairview. Bail was set at $1,050.

At 10:58 p.m., a 38-year-old man was charged as an ex-felon failing to register and for violating alternative sentencing conditions barring use of alcohol after deputies were called to an address in the 1400 block of Rand Street on a report of a domestic dispute. Bail was set at $1,150.

FRIDAY

At 12:10 a.m., a 30-year-old Carson man was charged with DUI-second after deputies responded to a report of a hit and run of an unoccupied vehicle in the area of Kingsley Lane and Cortez Street. He was also charged with hit and run and failure to maintain a travel lane. Bail was set at $3,040.

At 12:34 a.m., a 29-year-old Carson man was booked on a charge of being an ex-felon failing to register. The arrest occurred after deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery on Stanford Way. His bail was set at $150.

At 1:26 a.m., David Cardenas, 20, of Carson City was charged with felony possession of concentrated cannabis oil after a traffic stop at Carmine and Poole Way. He was also charged with DUI Drugs 1st, possession of paraphernalia and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Total bail was set at $5,100.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
