Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of domestic battery

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 4:36 a.m., a 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of court monitored sentence and destruction of property after deputies responded to reports of shots fired near the 1800 block of Marian Avenue. The suspect was located near Nevada and Adaline streets after deputies initiated a traffic stop. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 4:16 p.m., a 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and two counts of violation of bail conditions near the 200 block of Harbin Street. Bail was set at $9,000.

At 6:59 p.m., a 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic battery near the 3300 block of Dale Drive. Bail was set at $729.

At 7:49 p.m., a 59-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of temporary protection order violation after deputies responded to the 1700 block of Marian Avenue for the violation. The suspect was arrested near the 1600 block of Molly Drive. Bail was set at $1,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
