Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni salad, mixed vegetables and mixed berry cups.

TUESDAY: Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, peas and carrots, house salad, whole wheat bread, margarine and oatmeal date bars.

WEDNESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, French bread, assorted melon and cookies.

THURSDAY: Beef patties on whole wheat buns, tomato, onion, lettuce, baked beans and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY: Fried chicken, potato salad, corn, ambrosia and biscuits with honey.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Barbecue chicken, broccoli, baked beans, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and vanilla pudding.

TUESDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, beets, vegetable salad, whole wheat rolls, margarine and peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Sweet and sour pork, brown rice pilaf, steamed cauliflower, layered salad, whole wheat bread, low-sodium margarine and fresh peaches.

THURSDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, whole wheat banana muffins, peach butter, blueberry yogurt and orange and banana juice.

FRIDAY: Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs and cheese, hash browns, cantaloupe, sausage, cinnamon rolls, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Chicken noodle soup, turkey taco salad, dressing and hot fruit compote.

TUESDAY: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, strawberry spinach salad, green beans, dinner rolls, applesauce and cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Pork loin, mashed potatoes and gravy, Swiss and bacon salad, German vegetables and cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Creamy chicken and vegetables, pastry puff, broccoli salad, apricot halves and cheesecake.

FRIDAY: Beef vegetables soup, whole wheat crackers, sweet Italian sausage, red peppers and onions, polenta, steamed broccoli, mixed green salad, Italian dressing and fresh bananas.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Breaded chicken breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, garden salad, grain bread, grape jelly, apricots and oatmeal cookies.

TUESDAY: Taco casserole, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, pumpkin bread, bananas and apricot and pineapple punch.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuits, honey and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Ham and Swiss sandwiches on whole wheat bread, carrots and peas, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Sausage and eggs, hash browns, peaches, muffins, margarine, orange juice and V8.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Black bean soup, tuna salad sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti and meatballs, Greek salad and garlic bread.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken chow mein, egg rolls, shrimp fried rice and fruit.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, stuffed baked potatoes, green beans and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Spanish omelette, hash browns, cottage cheese and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Stuffed bell peppers, egg noodles, vegetables, biscuits and parfait.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken breast, potato salad, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, bread and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Mexican meatloaf, potatoes, gravy, vegetables, dinner rolls and tapioca.

THURSDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, muffins and fruit.

FRIDAY: Fish and chips, coleslaw, biscuits and ice cream.
