Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 7:03 p.m., a 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery after deputies responded to reports of a fight near the 3500 block of Airport Road. Bail was set at $3,000.

THURSDAY

At 12:30 a.m., Joshua Hayes, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a suspended sentence after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 3800 block of Highway 50. At the same incident, Courtney Kelley, 29, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail for Hayes was set at $6,500 and bail for Kelley was set at $3,500.

At 3:35 a.m., John Krupp, 32, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen vehicle and no valid driver’s license near the 3800 block of South Carson Street. Bail was set at $25,500.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
