Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of burglary, ex-felon in possession of a firearm

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 11:09 a.m., Kristina Schneider, 44, of Reno was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary, felony ex-felon in possession of a firearm, felony possession of stolen property and destruction of property after deputies responded to reports of a residential burglary in progress near the 4000 block of Pheasant Drive. Bail was set at $67,500.

At 4:11 p.m., a 63-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 1500 block of Rand Avenue. Bail was set at $3,000.

TUESDAY

At 1:19 a.m., a 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of a fight at a South Carson Street bar.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
