Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, vegetable juice, peaches, yogurt and strawberries.

TUESDAY: Sub sandwiches, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pickled beets and pudding with Oreo crumbs.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, wheat bread, apple butter and gelatin with fruit.

THURSDAY: Lemon baked fish, rice pilaf, peas, whole wheat rolls, margarine and grapes.

FRIDAY: Italian beef bake, peas and carrots, spinach salad, frozen vanilla and strawberry yogurt and cranberry apple juice.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Apple topped pork chops, baked sweet potatoes, lettuce and tomato salad, low-fat and low-sodium French dressing, cracked wheat bread, margarine and crisped rice treats.

TUESDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Sweet and sour pork, brown rice pilaf, steamed cauliflower, layered salad, whole wheat bread, low-sodium margarine and fresh peaches.

THURSDAY: Baked chicken, green beans, potato wedges, whole wheat rolls, margarine, peaches and angel food cake.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, mushrooms, whole wheat rolls, margarine and mixed fruit.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Potato corn chowder, grilled cheese sandwiches, orange spinach salad and tropical fruit cups.

TUESDAY: Spinach and artichoke chicken, Waldorf salad, panzanella, deviled Brussels sprouts and pineapple upside down cake.

WEDNESDAY: Philadelphia cheesesteaks, cottage cheese, peaches, chips, celery with peanut butter and ice cream sandwiches.

THURSDAY: Fried chicken, black and blue steak salad, ranch style beans, corn bread and apple pie.

FRIDAY: Tomato soup, holiday subs, cranberry sauce, baby carrots and bananas.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Cold turkey sandwiches, whole wheat bread, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickled beets and pineapple chunks.

TUESDAY: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuits, honey and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Macaroni and cheese, ham, veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine, raspberry and cranberry salad.

THURSDAY: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, applesauce, whole wheat rolls, margarine and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Spanish omelet, whole wheat English muffins, margarine, apricot jam and orange sections.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken strip salad, garlic bread and fruit.

TUESDAY: Turkey fajitas, Spanish rice, ranch style beans and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken pasta primavera, corn, Greek salad and garlic bread.

THURSDAY: Barbecue grilled pork chops, roasted red potatoes, green beans and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Quiche, fried potatoes, fruit and cottage cheese.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Barbecue Polish dogs, chili beans, macaroni salad and ice cream.

TUESDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, salad and ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Pork chops, mushroom gravy, baked potatoes, veggies, salad, rolls and fruit.

THURSDAY: Beef stew, salad, dinner rolls and pudding.

FRIDAY: Ham steak, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, dinner rolls and cake.
