He leaves behind his wife, Laura Neill Bliesner, sisters Lynn Bell-Texarkansas,TX, Janet Croteau-Canton,IL, brother James-Spokane,WA, and Aunt Pauline Gallion-Spokane, WA. No services are planned per his wishes. Arrangements are in the care of Autumn Funerals & Cremations.
