Doris Darlene “Dolly” Perkins, passed away at her home in Fallon with her husband by her side, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Dolly was born in Fallon, Nevada on July 24, 1954 to Orville and Alice Dotson. She attended schools in Fallon, graduating from Churchill High school in 1972. Dolly worked for the US Postal service both in Fallon and Kentucky. In her younger years she enjoyed horseback riding with her father and quilting. Dolly was a special kind of person, she stayed positive throughout the years she struggled with her disease. Preceded in death by her parents, Dolly is survived by her loving, devoted husband, Charles “Dan” Perkins; sisters, Emma Hager and Juanita Munoz; brothers, Jim Dotson and Ben Dotson; her Kentucky family, Tom and Linda Littlepage; Marty and Tandy Cook; several nieces and nephews and numerous brothers and sister in Christ. A Celebration of Dolly’s life will be held on Monday, May 2, 2016 at 11:00 A M at The Gardens Funeral Home Inurnment to follow at Churchill County cemetery.
