The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is looking for volunteers to work with the Volunteers in Partnership with the Sheriff program.
Volunteers are needed to assist in the Patrol Division, the front counter and jail visiting program. All candidates will be trained by the Sheriff’s Office.
This program is for retired persons who can volunteer from 4-8 hours a week. To qualify, you must have a valid Nevada driver’s license, no felony arrests, pass a background check and work well with others in the community.
